Parent/Guardian Checklist

Here is a checklist to help you get organized for the season!

• Register Child on RAMP website
• Remit payment to Didsbury Rec Hockey
• Complete and Upload Volunteer fee form, or provide check to Treasurer
• Complete Respect in Sport - Parents/Guardians & add the number to your RAMP registration profile
• Ensure child has all required equipment
• Download the RAMP app to stay on top of schedules and communicate with your teammates
• Complete Code of Conduct - return to team manager
• Complete Medical form - return to team manager
• Have fun!
